Room Rate: $379.00 per night for single/double with children under 18 free in rooms. 3rd person over 18 is $35/night. Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy. Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night. Rates include applicable commission. ​

If you are looking for Pre and/or Post dates for the conference days you MUST CALL 407-939-4686 for these dates! However, the hotel may not have availability so call first before making your conference registration. The Hotel reservation link commonly only has dates from the nights of January 31-February 3, 2025 available (most checkout the morning of February 4th since the conference ends at 10 am). If you call, you can get pre/post nights added, depending on availability. The room block sells out quickly!!

Registration Fees
• Physicians: $799
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $699
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $599 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $499 (must provide proof of enrollment). NOTE! The Student rate does not include CMEs/CEs; this rate is reserved for first time students in medicine and nursing (not for DNP students with a NP degree).

Course Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested more than 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived. Cancellation fees may be used towards future courses with no time limit.

Our audience response system provides a real-time display of how course attendees answer clinical scenario questions. Test yourself or see how the rest of the group is doing, so you can pinpoint topics that trip people up and need more review.
Course Materials
A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact. Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
