Hotel Reservations and Information
Do not book the conference until you have secured your room first!
We will be using the luxurious Loews Portofino Bay Hotel for our Conference Hotel on the Universal Studios property! Hotel guests enjoy spacious guest rooms featuring custom designed furnishings, impeccable and attentive service, swimming pools, and exceptional dining.
Halloween nights are EXTREMELY popular! Last year all hotels in our room block SOLD OUT early!

We will have our main hotel, Loews Portofino as our Conference Hotel, where the meeting will be. At the Portofino, you’ll have a luxurious room, not that you’ll spend much time there.
Why? Because your reservation at the Portofino in the A-Cross room block includes FREE Universal Express Unlimited ride access* at the Universal Orlando® theme parks that lets you skip the regular lines AND Early Park Admission to the parks one hour before they open. (These are high-value premium perks available after your own regular paid admission to the parks.)

We will also have an overflow hotel at Cabana Bay that is available by Bus, personal auto, boat, and walking in the Universal Complex. Note that only the Portofino Hotel has the FREE Express Passes included (with your daily ticket purchase)! The Cabana Bay does not have the Express Passes included with staying there. It does however, also have early park admission daily!
Rates for the Portofino are $539/night double occupancy (and include Express passes for all in the room).
Rates for Cabana Bay are $199/night double occupancy (and does not include Express passes).

Complimentary access to entertainment venues, such as Red Coconut Club®, Bob Marley – A tribute to Freedom, Pat O’Brien’s®, CityWalk’s Rising Star and the groove at Universal’s CityWalk, will be given to each attendee for each night of the group dates. Hotel room keys work as a CityWalk Party Pass to access these venues!
A deposit equal to one (1) night’s stay is required and will be charged for each individual’s reservation that is made on their own. The deposit is refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.
Guests must identify themselves as A-Cross Medicine Reviews guests to receive the contracted room rate.

Registration Fees
• Physicians: $799
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $650
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $550 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $450 (must provide proof of enrollment). NOTE! The Student rate does not include CMEs/CEs; this rate is reserved for first time students in medicine and nursing (not for DNP students with a NP degree). If you are an RN in NP school and need CEs you must register at the nurse rate.
Course Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested more than 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

Our audience response system provides a real-time display of how course attendees answer clinical scenario questions. Test yourself or see how the rest of the group is doing, so you can pinpoint topics that trip people up and need more review.
Course Materials
A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact. Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
