Room rate:

Hotel Guestroom – Run of House View (single/double): $549.00 per night. Additional Person (18 yrs. and older, 3rd & 4th guest): $100.00 per person per night
 

One Bedroom Villa – Island Garden View (up to 5 guests): $1,089.00 per night
 

Two Bedroom Villa – Island Garden View (up to 9 guests): $1,519.00 per night

Group Room Rates are subject to applicable Taxes including, without limitation, transient accommodation taxes and general excise taxes (currently, 13.25% and 4.712%, respectively). There will be no mandatory resort or similar fees levied by Disney on the Guest Rooms in the Room Block (unless required by law).

Attendees who stay overnight at the Hotel will be charged either, as applicable, the self-parking fee applicable at the time of the Event (currently $40.00 per car, per night) or the valet parking fee applicable at the time of the Event (currently $40.00 per night, per car), each with in/out privileges. Attendees who drive-on and are not overnight guests of the Hotel will be charged either, as applicable, the self-parking fee applicable at the time of the Event (currently $10.00 per car, per day) or the valet parking fee applicable at the time of the Event (currently $10.00 per car, per day), each for once in, once out privileges and not for in/out privileges. All parking fees are subject to applicable Taxes.

Hotel reservation cutoff date is June 18, 2025, or until the room block is full (the block is expected to sell out quickly, so book the hotel early if possible!).

Rates are available 3 days prior and 3 days after the course subject to availability.
